Hazelnut, cardamom, earthy with subtle brett funk aroma.
Buttery chardonnay, citrus marmalade, Kumquat, ripe melon with a tart acidic end.
This blend is the result of patience and letting nature take its course. These two barrels went through many transformations, slowly developing flavours and changing over time. They work seamlessly when blended and really come alive. An array of complexity that will keep you coming back.
