Wild Barrel produces wild beer that is 100% barrel aged with locally sourced, organic ingredients and culture that is harvested right from the Hinterland of the Sunshine Coast. Inspired by the wine making process, we’re passionate about ageing our beers in clean oak, wine and whiskey barrels.

The ethos of Wild Barrel is about slowing down the process of making beer - and consuming it. Like a fine wine enjoyed with close friends, Wild Barrel is passionate about producing complex flavoured beers that strike curiosity and conversation in its drinkers.
All our beers go through the same natural process.
