Biscuit and caramel flavours take centre stage, enhanced by maturation in medium-toast Hungarian oak. Fermentation began with a Belgian yeast strain before the beer was transferred to oak barrels for aging. The result is a very dry profile with subtle smokiness and hints of raisins.
