It's a ninety-minute pause at the end of your week - a tasting designed to be tasted, not rushed.
Your host and Head Brewer, Shane Kent, walks you through a range of our small-batch beers, each one carefully brewed with several aged in oak and shaped slowly by time. You'll learn where each one came from. What it wanted to become. Why it tastes like nothing you've had before.
Conversation finds its rhythm. Glasses catch the light. You stop checking your phone.
