As we continue to fine-tune this beer,  it never ceases to surprise us. straying from the original style but set on the name, This blend is the first from a new, scaled recipe. Initially, the bottles tasted during conditioning had a strong bitterness. But as this batch has aged, the flavors have harmonized, evolving into something entirely new—almost reminiscent of a Belgian Blonde Ale, with notes of fresh yeast still present in suspension. The passionfruit and citrus remain prominent, now accompanied by a sharp, refreshing brightness. A lively carbonation carries these flavors forward, finishing with a pleasant dryness, accentuated by subtle oak and vanilla notes. We're sure this beer will age well over the coming months.
