The second release in our Coolum Beer Co, Chapter series has arrived—and it's truly something special. Crafted in collaboration with Coolum Beer Co, this beer highlights the fascinating impact of yeast and bacteria variety in brewing. Starting with a single base beer, we split the batch across five different barrels, each inoculated with its own selection of yeasts and bacteria.
The result? A unique spectrum of flavors and aromas, with each barrel telling its own story. The contrast between Chapter One and Chapter Two has truly surprised us, showcasing just how wide the world of wild beer can be.
